Bugs and Kisses

Okay…okay…I know…I promised some NEW stuff but I haven’t had a chance to work on some projects that I can just post.  I have made a couple things but they are for upcoming classes and I can’t show them yet so please bear with me.  My next post really will have new products in it!  This is a fun, quick card we made at my last card class.

Great Friend 3

Here is a card I made awhile back for a sketch challenge.  I can’t remember whose sketch challenge it was but I was happy with the way it turned out.  Now the Walk in the Park paper will be gone at the end of the month (Tuesday) but Great Friend will be in the new catalog - YIPPEE!!!

Lookie Who I Met!

After I don’t know HOW MANY YEARS, I have finally met my ‘online friend’ Beate!  If you don’t know, Beate’s husband Rick has been reassigned to Wright Patt Air Force Base here in the Dayton area.  I had a little downline meeting last night and invited Beate to come on over.  I’m SOOO excited to have her here in town and look forward to stamping with her over the next couple years while they are here!

Jo, Kelly and Diana were here too and we made the make and takes that I am going to be offering at my open house in July.  These are four easy projects featuring the new hostess sets and the new incolors.  There’s still time to sign up for the open house…DON’T DELAY!

Welcome Beate!  No…really…Gypsy DOES like you!  HONEST!!!

I’m back from Vegas!  Oh…what a wonderful time!  Not only did we walk around looking at all the ‘sites’...we went to two fabulous shows:  Blue Man Group and cirque du soleil - LOVE!  OH MY WORD…more about the card and both of these inside…

Be On the Look Out!

Guess what?  There’s going to be ANOTHER blog hop this coming weekend!  As I said in another post, my very talented swap group is going to be doing a monthly blog hop on the 20th of every month.  Guess what?  THAT’S THIS SATURDAY!!!  Each blog will feature retiring sets but, like myself, we could feature various sets and not just one.  This is a SHORT blog hop as we are having only 12 in our hop so you can really take the time to look at the projects!  Sorry I’ve been absent AGAIN…it’s been end of quarter and then right back into beginning of quarter…no break!

Sorry for the lack of postings this week.  I’ve been working on my posts for tomorrow’s Stampin’ Addicts blog hop and for my June 20th Control Freaks blog hop.  Then…can you believe it…I had to WORK too!  LOL…this was finals week so I’ve been busy trying to finish up my 8 classes I’ve taught this quarter.  Okay…so here’s a card I did at some workshops in May.

Be On the Look Out!

This is just a quick post to let everyone know that I’ll be participating in a blog hop through Stampin’ Addicts starting June 12th at noon!  Now…I’ll have some other post before that be you will want to come by and see what this talented group of stampers have been up to.  Each of us will be featuring a different retiring set on our blog.  I will be doing Independence Day…one of my very favorite, very versatile (no…really) sets!  It’s NOT just for the 4th of July so you will have to stop by and see!
