Every Sunday Karen Giron does a Sweet Sunday Sketch.  I always LOVE her sketches…they tend to not be real ‘fussy’ so right up my alley!  When I saw the one for this week…I just HAD to play along.  Here’s what I did…

This was another major challenge for me.  We were given the color combo of Melon Mambo, Pumpkin Pie, Crushed Curry and Old Olive.  These are the colors in the Welcome Home dsp pack so I decided to use this paper for my project.  We also were using Good Neighbor SAB set this week so I used this for my challenge project this week.  Click to see the individual sections and to find out the winners of last week’s challenge…

Here is a card I demoed on Sunday at a workshop.  I LOVE this medallion stamp but just haven’t used it as much as I have wanted to.  I love the bold design of it and find that it is really a versatile stamp.  The emerging color, done on dsp is such a quick and easy technique.
