A Banner Christmas

AngelJoyBannerWelcome to the second day of my Christmas angels.  Today I’m sharing a project from my hostess appreciation event that held in the beginning of this month.

In case you missed it, check our my JOY 8 x 8 picture frame that I posted on Thursday.  this was for the color challenge on Create with Connie and Mary.  so if you missed it, click here to check it out.

This is such a nice little project to give to someone.  they are quick and easy to make and uses the Build a Banner canvas bases.  Oh…I just LOVE these and will really miss them!  They are great for full banners and terrific for this little single banner.

Here’s some quick details:

  • Make the angel using the Gift Bow die (you can find the directions all over Pinterest) and Cherry Cobbler cardstock.  We ran the bottom of the angel dress through the Beautifully Baroque Embossing Folder.  Head and hands are Blushing Bride, halo and stars are Champagne Glimmer.
  • Stamp JOY in Versamark and Gold Emboss, cut out and add to angel using double stack of dimensionals.
  • Add little tiny bows from the NEW gold/cream Baker’s Twine.
  • Use Cherry Cobbler Chevron Ribbon as the hanger and tie the ends with the gold/cream Baker’s Twine.
