Spooky Halloween

And it’s Saturday again! We are continuing with our Halloween fun with this week’s theme of spooky Halloween card!

Here’s the details…

  • Basic Black – 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 folded
  • Monster Bash DSP (spiderweb print) – 3 3/4 x 5, layer onto Real Red 3 7/8 x 5 1/8, add to card front
  • Red Glimmer – 1/2x 4 3/4, add to card front
  • Real Red and Black Foil – cut out Wicked, layer, add to card front using dimensionals
  • Whisper White – stamp spiders using Versamark, black emboss, cut out and add to card front
  • Add some Red Rhinestones to finish off

Not sure how “spooky” this is but I like it!

Cute Halloween

And it’s Saturday again and time for another Create with Connie and Mary Saturday Blog Hop!  This week we are starting a Halloween celebration by featuring CUTE Halloween cards!

Now I think these little mummies are ADORABLE so decided they would be perfect for the ‘cute’ category!

Here’s the details…

  • Crumb Cake – 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 folded
  • Crumb Cake – 4 x 5 1/4, run through the Bricks and Mortar Embossing folder, sponge Crumb Cake over it, add to card front
  • Whisper White – stamp three of the little mummy dudes, color with Smoky Slate, Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie, Terracotta Tile, cut out
  • Monster Bash DSP – book print, cut out a section of 5 books, layer mummies behind it, add to card front
  • Basic Black – 1/4 x 4 1/4, add to card front
  • Pumpkin Pie – stamp greeting using Memento Black, cut out using matching Ornate Frame die, add to card front using dimensionals

World Card Making Day

And it’s Saturday again! Happy October everyone and happy World Card Making Day!  I decided to use the Nature’s Beauty set to my World Card Making Day card and SOMETHING NEW from the upcoming Christmastime is Here collection…

Don’t you just LOVE those little bunnies?  I know I do…SWEET!!!

Here’s the details…

  • Seaside Spray – 4 1/4 x 11 folded
  • Seaside Spray – 3 1/2 x 5 1/2, add piece of the navy/gold plaid from Wrapped in Plaid – 1/2 x 5 1/2, behind panel, stamp greeting in Night of Navy and dots in Seaside Spray, add to card front using dimensionals
  • Gold Foil – 3/8 x 4, cut slant on one end, add to card front
  • Navy Plaid – cut out 3″ Classic Label (have to make two cuts) add to card front
  • Whisper White – stamp bunny 3 times using Memento Black, color one in Crumb Cake Blends, one in Grey Granite Blends and one in Smoky Slate Blends, snow in light Pool Party, cut out, layer, add to card front using dimensionals
  • Add some of the new Gold Glitter Enamel Dots to finish off

Pumpkin Spice Season

And it’s Saturday again! I just love fall and everything about it!  This week the theme of the Create with Connie and Mary Saturday Blog Hop is Pumpkin Spice and I just HAD to use the ADORABLE pumpkin in the Harvest Hellos for my card.

I saw someone use the Mercury Glass Designer Acetate for these and just love the look.

Here’s the details…

  • Grapefruit Grove – 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 folder
  • Petal Pink DSP – 3 3/4 x 5 1/2, add to card front
  • Soft Suede – 1/4 x 5 1/2, add to card front
  • Petal Pink. Grapefruit Grove, Calypso Coral – punch out pumpkin from each, stamp pumpkin leaf using Versamark and silver emboss (do two of the Calypso Coral), cut out
  • Whisper White – stamp squiggle using Petal Pink, Grapefruit Grove and Calypso Coral, cut out
  • Mercury Glass Acetate – stamp pumpkin using Versamark and silver emboss, punch out using apple builder punch, add on top of each pumpkin, add Soft Suede stem and squiggle and leaves, layer
  • Fold two pieces of White Linen Ribbon and add behind pumpkins, add to card front using dimensionals
  • Calypso Coral – stamp greeting using Versamark, silver emboss, punch out using 1″ circle punch, add to card front using dimensionals

LOVE how this turned out!

Fall Colors

And it’s Saturday again! Fall is in the air and this week for the Create with Connie and Mary Saturday Blog Hop it is all about Fall colors!  I LOVE the colors of Fall and decided to build a fall rainbow for you.

Here’s the details…

  • Very Vanilla – 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 folded
  • Very Vanilla – 4 x 5, run through the corrugated embossing folder, trim down to 3 3/4 x 5, add to card front
  • Cherry Cobbler, Pumpkin Pie, rushed Curry, Old Olive, Pretty Peacock, Rich Razzleberry – cut out the small frame from Ornate Frame Dies, add to card front
  • Copper Foil – cut out three of the Gathered Leaves dies, add to card front
  • Very Vanilla – 3/4 x 1 3/4, stamp greeting using Versmark, copper emboss, cut into banner, add to card front using dimensionals

National Coloring Day

And it’s Saturday again! This week we are celebrating National Coloring Day so needed to find an image that needed to be colored.  Since we have BLENDS, I LOVE coloring.  I knew right away what set I wanted to use…

Aren’t these little dudes just ADORABLE???

Here’s the details…

  • Pumpkin Pie – 4 1/4 x 11 folded
  • Monster Bash DSP – one piece 1 x 5 and another 2 x 5; on the 2 x 5 piece corner round the upper right corner, add both pieces to card front
  • Whisper White – 2 3/4 x 3 3/4, corner round the bottom left of the piece, add to card front
  • Basic Black Scallop Edge Ribbon – add piece to card front
  • Crushed Curry – punch out 2″ Circle, stamp greeting using Memento Black, add to card front using dimensionals
  • Whisper White – stamp duck pirate 3 times using Memento Black, color using Blends, cut out, layer, add to card front using dimensionals
  • Add Crow and grey Monster Bash Enamel Embellishments to finish off

Back to School

And it’s Saturday again!  This week our theme is Back to School!  This is perfect for me…although I have to say, I’ve been back to school to 2 weeks now!  I LOVE the new Harvest Hellos set and it is made for this challenge…

Here’s the details…

  • Real Red – 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 folded
  • Real Red – 4 x 5 1/4, run through the Brick and Mortar Embossing Folder, add to card front
  • Come to Gather DSP – lined print – Stitched Nested Label die – 2 5/8 x 4 7/8, add to card front
  • Black Foil – 1/4 x 5, add to card front
  • Whisper White – stamp full apple twice, one half apple, 5 apple leaves and 3 stems using Memento Black, color using Blends, punch/cut out, layer add to card front using dimensionals
  • Pretty Peacock – 5/8 x 1 1/2, stamp greeting using Versamark, white emboss, cut into banner, add to card front using dimensionals

I LOVE coloring these apples…so pretty!

And now for our newest collection…
