IM186 – Hand-Penned Petals

It’s Monday again and you know what that means…it’s time for another AWESOME inspiration! This week its pretty table decor…

I LOVED the colors in this and used it as my inspiration…

Here’s the details…

  • Basic White – 4 1/4 x 11, run top through the Stitched Greenery Die
  • Garden Green – 1 x 5, add to card front
  • Hand-Penned DSP – mint striped – 1 1/4 x 4 1/2, add to card front, purple/white leaves – 1 1/2 x 4, add to card front
  • Basic White – stamp flower in Memento Black, Color with Highland Heather and Mint Macaron Blends, cut out, ad to card front using dimensionals
  • Basic White – stamp greeting in Garden Green, punch out using 1″ Circle Punch (retired), fold some Highland Heather Metallic Ribbon behind it, add to card front using dimensionals; add some green Genial Gems to card to finish off

It’s Monday again and you know what that means…it’s time for another AWESOME inspiration! This week its a fun summer wreath…

How happy is that!  And you KNOW I just had to use my favorite set on this…

Here’s the details…

  • Daffodil Delight – 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 folded
  • Basic White – 3 3/4 x 5, randomly stamp both parts of the sun in Daffodil Delight, face in Memento Black and cheeks in Crushed Curry; stamp dots in Bermuda Bay, layer onto Bermuda Bay – 3 7/8 x 5 1/8, add to card front
  • Bermuda Bay – stamp greeting on piece of Bermuda Bay and white emboss; cut out with largest diagonal top tag, add to cad front using dimensionals and trim off end
  • Bumblebee Gingham Ribbon – tie a small bow and add to end of tag
  • Add some small Basic Rhinestones to finish off

IM184 – Batik

It’s Monday again and you know what that means…it’s time for another AWESOME inspiration! This week its a beautiful cup and saucer…STUNNING!

I loved the beautiful, elegant look of this and thought it would be fun to do something with the Batik Dies!

Here’s the details…

  • Night of Navy – 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 folded
  • Basic White – 3 1/2 x 4 3/4, run through the Tasteful Texture Embossing Folder, add to card front
  • Metallic Gold Specialty Paper – 1/2 x 4 1/4, add to card front
  • Night of Navy and Metallic Gold Specialty paper – cut out TWO of the solid ones in Navy and a detail on in BOTH navy and gold.  I use Press ‘n Seal to hold all the little pieces together, layer, to make two (opposite) Batik flourishes; layer the two together and add to card front using dimenionals
  • Basic White – stamp greeting (Biggest Wish) in Versamark and gold emboss; cut out around greeting and add to card front using dimenionals
  • Add some Gilded Gems to finish off.

That turned out soooo elegant!

  • Real Red – 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 folded
  • Basic White – 3 3/4 x 5, run through the Bricks and Mortar folder, add to card front
  • Brights DSP Paper Pack – Pacific Point dotted stripe – 3 x 3 1/2, add to card front
  • Regals DSP Paper Pack – Real Red plaid print – 1 x 4 1/4, add to card front using dimensionals
  • Basic White 1 x 4 1/4, stamp greeting in Real Red, Add to card front
  • Basic White – stamp jar in Memento Black and inside in stamped off Pacific Point, stamp flowers in Memento Black and color using Real Red, Daffodil Delight and Old Olive Blends, cut out, layer and add to card front
  • Add some large Basic Rhinestones to finish off

Here’s what I did with that…

Here’s the details…

  • Pool Party – 4 1/4 x 11 folded
  • Basic White – 3 3/4 x 5, add some Pool Party ink with blending brush, layer onto Blackberry Bliss – 3 7/8 x 5 1/, add to card front
  • Neutrals DSP Paper Pack – Smoky Slate print – 1 x 5 1/2, add to card front
  • Whisper White – stamp two pansy with stamped off Pool party and full strength Pool Party and one with stamped off Smoky Slate, centers with Blackberry Bliss,  stamp two of large leaf and three of small leaf with Soft Succulent and Even Evergreen, cut everything out, layer and add to card front
  • Blackberry Bliss – stamp greeting using Versamark, white emboss, punch out with Label Me Fancy Punch
  • Soft Succulent ribbon – tie into bow, add behind tag, add tag to card front using dimensionals
  • Ads some small Champagne Rhinestones to center of each flower to finish off

  • Basic White – stamp sun pieces in Daffodil Delight, Coastal Cabana, Granny Apple Green and Polished Pink, cut out using Layering Circle die, add to card front using dimensionals
  • Add some Matte Black Dots to finish off

  • Basic White – 4 1/4 x 11 folded
  • Balmy Blue/Just Jade – 2 1/4 x 3 3/4, stamp the vegetables on the Just Jade panel in Just Jade and the chef hats on the Balmy Blue panel in Balmy Blue, add to card front
  • Bright DSP paper pack – Pacific Point print – 1 x 5 1/2, add to card front
  • Mint Macaron – cut out tag, add to card front using dimensionals
  • Crumb Cake – cut out cutting board – sponge with Soft Suede, add to card front using dimensionals
  • Balmy blue – cut out whisk
  • Basic White – stamp bowl in Pacific Point, spatula in Just Jade and greeting in Soft Suede, cut everything out, cut slit in bowl, insert whisk, layer and add everything to card front
  • Double up piece of Linen Thread, tie into bow, add to to of tag to finish off

  • Blushing Bride – 3 3/4 x 4, run through the Pretty Flowers Embossing Folder, add to pieces of Blushing Bride Metallic Ribbon around panel then layer onto Basic White – 3 7/8 x 5 1/8, add to card front
  • Basic White – cut out large detailed flower die, add to card front
  • Basic White – 3/4 x 2 – stamp greeting using Blushing Bride, cut into banner, add to card front using dimensionals
  • Add some Clear Epoxy Essentials to finish off

  • Polished Pink- 1/2 x 2 1/2, stamp greeting in Early Espresso, add to card front using dimensionals
  • Basic White – stamp large peach twice in Pale Papaya and Calypso Coral, leaves twice in Pear Pizzazz and flowers in Polished Pink with Early Espresso Centers, cut everything out, layer and add to card front using dimensionals
