About Me

Mary2I have been an avid stamper since around 1995 and I still LOVE ‘creating’ and sharing.  I have been a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator since September 1999 after attending my first Stampin’ Up! party.  Then in 2010 I teamed up with my friend Connie Babbert to do Create with Connie and Mary!

Well…besides the stampin’, I am married to my wonderful husband Randy and we have two ‘fur children’.  Please don’t tell them they are dogs…they will be CRUSHED!!!  Both are rescued dogs and now are in their forever home!  Looking for a furry friend?  Check out your local rescue groups.  My favorite in the Dayton area is Luv4K9s.

Then when I’m not doing that I teach full time at a local community college in the Allied Health Department.  I recently had the opportunity to put together a textbook that we use in the course I teach.  I keep busy teach many sections of my main class both face-to-face and online.  Online learning is a whole different world!  I do really enjoy teaching – both my full time job teaching AND stamping!

So…that’s a little about me.  I hope you come back often to see my creations!

  1. I love all of your creations! I’m a SU demo and am stumped-I hope you don’t mind helping me out. I see many cards that have layers of paper that are “flagged” at the bottom and was wondering if there is a trick to accomplishing that if the paper is too wide for using a corner punch? Is it figure there has to be an easier way than cutting all the ends by hand-or at least I hope so! I believe I saw a Santa card of yours that had 2 layers flagged at the ends and would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you very much for your time!

  2. Mary, I am looking for Paper Piercing Technique ideas. I know you have posted samples in the past, but i am not able to find them now. I added that to the “search” box, but didn’t find any samples with this technique. Could you possibly point me in the right direction?
