Rooted in Nature

It’s MONDAY!!!  And time for another inspiration challenge.  You just never know how something will inspire you!  I was really surprised with what I ended up with based on the inspiration

So here’s our inspiration picture…

I was really struck by the colors on this and decided to use it for my overall inspiration.  Here’s my card…

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these colors together!

Here’s the details…

  • Balmy Blue – 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 folded
  • Very Vanilla – 3 1/2 x 4 3/4, stamp greeting in Cajun Craze and Balmy Blue, layer onto Cajun Craze – 3 5/8 x 4 7/8, add to card front using dimensionals
  • Very Vanilla – stamp single leaf two times in Cajun Craze, leaves/stems in Pumpkin Pie 3 times and three leaves image 2 times in Balmy Blue, cute everything out, layer and add to card front using dimensionals
  • True Gentleman Button – tie double piece of Linen Thread through holes and into bow, add to card front using glue dot.

Did I mention…LOVE it?
