Wonderful Wreath

CCMC271Happy October everyone!  Since we have ‘gone live’ with our new Create with Connie and Mary Winter Collection 2013 look…I decided to ‘celebrate’ with a holiday card!  Oh what fun!

The base of the card is 4 1/4 x 4 1/4 Old Olive.  I took a print from the Season of Style dsp, cut into two piece, rounded the corners and added to a piece of Whisper White with the corners rounded and added this to the card front using dimensionals.  I stamped the wreath in Old Olive on Whisper White and cut out.  I made a ‘bow’ (click the tutorial link above to access this) using the organza white and candy dot base (with a Cherry Cobbler Candy Dot in the center), added to the wreath then added to the card front using dimensionals.  I stamped the greeting in Cherry Cobbler, punched the Bracket Punch and added that using dimensionals.  finally I added a lot of Cherry Cobbler Candy Dots to finish it off!  Oh…what fun!

WinterBadgeEarly Bird special has begun!  Now is the time to join Create with Connie and Mary Winter Collection 2013 and see all the fabulous idea for Christmas and Winter holidays!  It’s not too early to start planning those gifts and decorating and we have lots of GREAT ideas to help you!  See more information over on Create with Connie and Mary!!

  2. Love this card, Mary! I think adding the candy dots was brilliant and adding the sentiment to the center was a great idea as well.

  3. So pretty Mary and another gorgeous bow!

  4. Gorgeous card Mary as usual! I love the punched greeting in the center of the wreath!
