Feel Goods

IC396Before I start talking about this card…this is my second post for today so make sure you check out my fun Timeless Talk on HERE.

As I was going through the inspiration challenge site on SCS today I was thinking…well…don’t think I’m going to find anything that inspires me today…then I came across THIS ITEM.  As soon as I saw that, I knew EXACTLY what I was going to do!

The base of the card is 3 1/4 x 11 folded.  I inked the greeting using Bermuda Bay and Crushed Curry markers and stamped on the front.  Next I added a Bermuda Bay Scallop Edge Punch along the side (inside I added a strip of Crushed Curry to finish it off).  Next I made my sun.  I started with a Crushed Curry 1 3/4″ Circle.  I punched out 6 Crushed Curry Pennants (Pennant Punch) then 6 Daffodil Delight Chevron Pennants (Brights dsp paper pack).  I added these to the circle then added another 1 3/4″ Crushed Curry Circle on the top.  I added some rhinestones on the sun and on the “i’s” in the greeting to finish it off.

Yep…it really was THAT easy!
