Word Play

ArrowHere’s a fun, quick little CAS card.  The casology challenge this week is the word up.  At first I thought…nah…think I’ll pass on that but then I remember this set and thought…yep…definitely CAS material.

The base of the card is Whisper White 4 1/4 x 4 1/4.  I ran it through the stripes folder (kind of give the feeling of going ‘up’ with the stripes) then rounded the bottom right corner.  Too another piece of Whisper White, stamped the greeting using Gumball Green, Midnight Muse, Basic Grey and Real Red.  The arrow was stamped in Real Red on another piece, cut out and added later using dimensionals.   But before adding the arrow, I used my Essentials Paper Piercing templates to make a pierced arrow.  It’s a little difficult to see on the photo but it’s there.  I added the extra stamped arrow, rounded the bottom right corner and added to the card front using dimensionals.

Well…I actually did two cards for the casology challenge.  Make sure you check out my Up, Up and Away card!

Set(s): Word Play

Until next time…HAPPY STAMPIN’!
