Swallowtail

DSC00621Oh…here’s this WONDERFUL stamp AGAIN!!!  LOVE IT!!!  This week is a happy color challenge on Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge.  Oh… just a note… only 2 more days to get the sentiment set!

The base of card is Daffodil Delight.  I took a piece of Whisper White, layered on Not Quite Navy then added to the card front.  I took a piece of Whisper White, stamped the butterfly in versamark and embossed in white.  I used markers for the Daffodil Delight and Not Quite Navy.  I sponged Marina Mist on the main part of the butterfly and added a little extra Not Quite Navy.  I cut the butterfly and added to the card front.  I stamped the greeting from Vintage Verses using Versamark on not Quite Navy, white embossed and cut into a banner.  I added a Marina Mist Button to a 7/8″ Daffodil Delight Scallop Circle using Whisper White Bakers Twine, added to the banner then added to the card to finish it off.

Oh…these colors just feel like spring!  So spring into action and join us on Create with Connie and Mary for our Thursday Challenge!
