Snowflake Soiree

Oh my…Thanksgiving is over, Black Friday (and the major shopping frenzy) is done so now it is time to get down to the really important thing…participating in the Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge!  WOOO HOOO!!!  hehehehehe.

We have a fun wintery (or could easily be spring) color challenge for you!  I decided to go with a snowflake theme since we have occasionally had some cold days around here.

The base of my card is Whisper White.  I took another piece of Whisper White and added to the card front using dimensionals.  I took another piece of Whisper White, stamped the largest snowflake in Baja Breeze then the medium on in Wisteria Wonder, wrapped some Wisteria Wonder/Whisper White Baker’s Twine around it and added to the card front using dimensionals.  I stamped Merry in Baja Breeze, cut with the Apothecary Accents framelits, sponged with Wisteria Wonder and added to the card front using dimensionals.  I cut the medium snowflake from Silver Glimmer, added a 1/2″ Baja Breeze Circle then added a Wisteria Wonder Printed Designer Brad.  The snowflake was added to the card front using a dimensional to finish it off.

Set(s): Snowflake Soiree
Paper: Whisper White, Baja Breeze, Silver Glimmer
Ink: Baja Breeze, Wisteria Wonder
Other: Snow Flurry Die, Apothecary Accents Framelits, Whisper White/Wisteria Wonder Baker’s Twine, 1/2″ Circle Punch, Dimensionals

Don’t forget to check out what the other design team members have done with the color challenge then join the fun!  Until next time…HAPPY STAMPIN’!
