Tweet Leaves

The SUO challenge this time is to make a unique fold card.  I have not had the chance yet to make a twisted easel card so decided that now would be a GREAT time to do that.

The base is made from the 2nd to biggest window framelit in Cajun Craze.  I then added a full Cajun Craze panel over the top.  I took a piece of Very Vanilla, stamped the Tweet Leaves image in Versamark and clear embossed.  I made an acrylic mask from the Autumn Accents die (check out my video on making acrylic masks here) laid it over the image and sponged More Mustard, Cajun Craze, and Island Indigo.  I added Island Indigo Large Scallop edgelits on each side and added to the card front using Dimensionals.  Next I added a Champagne Glimmer strip to the card front.  I stamped the greeting using Early Espresso on More Mustard, punched with large oval punch, layered onto a Cajun Craze Modern Label then an Island Indigo Scallop Oval.  This is added to the card front using dimensionals.  Inside I did a window panel in Very Vanilla, stamped the image in More Mustard (stamped off once) then did another greeting piece (same as the front) only with the sentiment in Petite Pairs.

  2. Can you believe I haven’t made an easel or twisted easel card? I should try! I love the mask idea with this stamp!! All the markering drives me crazy.
