Mixed Medley

Happy SUO challenge day!  It is always fun to see what the challenge is going to be.  This time, our theme is CAS Christmas cards.  And you know me…that is RIGHT UP MY ALLEY!!!

The base of the card is Whisper White.  I took another piece of Whisper White, piercing the ornament shape, layered onto Basic Black then to the card front using dimensionals.  Next I used the ornament framelit and cut out another ornament, ran it through the  Lacey Brocade Embossing Folder.  I made a ‘bow’ (click on the tutorial link above to access my tutorial) using Whisper White Organza ribbon and a Black Neutral Glimmer brad then added to the panel.  Then added the panel using dimensionals.  I punched a 1 1/4″ Silver Glimmer Scallop Circle, a 1″ Basic Black Circle, then embossed the greeting and punched using the 3/4″ Circle Punch.  These were added to the card front.

Set(s): Mixed Medley
Paper: Whisper White, Basic Black, Silver Glimmer
Ink: Versamark
Other: Holiday Ornaments Framelits, Festive Paper Piercing Templates, 1 1/4″ Scallop Circle Punch, 1″ Circle Punch, 3/4″ Circle Punch, Silver Embossing Powder, Whisper White Organza Ribbon, Neutral Glimmer Brads, Dimensionals

Until next time…HAPPY STAMPIN’!
