As many of you know, I tend to exclusively use Stampin' Up! products. They absolutely totally ROCK! You cannot beat their images and matching paper, ink, markers. I shutter when I think back to when I first started and was trying to match colors up. Blues and greens are an absolute nightmare. So what's a little different today?

Well, back in December I got a Cuttlebug. What's a cuttlebug? It a cute little green (green galore to be exact) machine that does die cutting and dry embossing. With a turn of the handle, you can create a very cool dry embossed piece of cardstock. To do this, you need to have both the little green machine and what they call embossing folders. Well, I not only got the machine but also several of the 'folders'. Things have been so busy with Sell-a-bration in January and February and then just school, dogs and everything, I haven't had a chance to just play with this. Today was the day that I decided to start.

Sunflower Serenade - cuttlebug

I have been REALLY wanting some new stamps to play with and ended up getting the Sunflower. Those who know me, know I love sunflowers (my kitchen use to be done in them). So here is a little something I just threw together this afternoon in between doing loads of laundry and taking care of Gypsy (she was spayed on Friday). The colors are So Saffron, Mellow Moss and Close to Cocoas. The ribbon is Taupe. This also uses the Designer Label Punch and stamp from the box. Decided right at the end that it needed to glitter a little so I added some with my two-way glue pen.

Ooops....there goes the timer. Need to go do some more laundry (and then maybe a little more stamping!).
