Have I Mentioned…

That I REALLY like homemade ornaments? Well...here is the last of my homemade ornaments. This is one that was shown at one of the Stampin' Up! regional events. I wasn't there but saw some pictures of them. All you need for these is our wonderful scallop punch, some GREAT designer paper and some cord or ribbon! This one is REALLY quick and easy. All you need for this is the scallop punch, designer paper, and either ribbon or cord. Oh...I guess you need some double-sided tape to hold it all together.
Punch at least six scallops from the designer paper (you can use any amount you want...I found 6 to be a nice number). Fold each of these in half. Next start taping the scallops together in a circle. Before you tape the last two together to finish up the ornament, take a piece of ribbon (or as I did gold cord), fold it half and tie the end. Lay it inside along the middle and then finished taping the ornament together. I tied a knot at the top too just to hold it all in place. That is really all there is to this one. Can it get any easier then this???
We will be out of town over the weekend visiting my family in Pittsburgh. So stay tuned on Sunday evening for another posting! Happy Stampin'! -----
