So...did you all think I fell off the edge of the earth? It's been a little while since I was on here. We went to visit my family in Pittsburgh (PA). I hadn't been home since Christmas and they were anxious to meet Gypsy. Between that and being buried in grading at school, I haven't had much time to stamp.

We got home around 2 today (Sunday) and I decided I needed to stamp something! Tomorrow my BRAND NEW STUFF that I ordered from the NEW CATALOG will be arriving at my house! Oh...I am truly beyond excited...I got so much cool new stuff to have for show and to use as make and takes at my open house that will be next week. So anyway...getting off topic here. I needed to make a card and was feeling really uninspired so I started going through the NEW CATALOG to find a sample I liked. Well, there on page 33 in the upper right was a cute little 3x3 snowman card that got me going.

Garden Silhouettes - 3×3

I stamped the Queens Anne's Lace on a piece of Sahara Sand using Always Artichoke. I used the white gel pen to do a little highlighting. I cut it out using our large tag punch. Lovely is stamped on a piece of Blush Blossom using Always Artichoke and then sponged with Groovy Guava. I added a square 'Ice' brad just for fun. The Groovy Guava is cut using the Coluzzle and I did direct to paper on the Blush Blossom strip using Blush Blossom ink. I was using scraps up to make this card and my base piece of Always Artichoke just wasn't long enough so I used the size I had and added some 1/2 circles that I punched from Sahara Sand. To get the 'Blush Blossom' ribbon, I colored white grosgrain with my Blush Blossom marker...it's an easy way to get any color of ribbon.

So...don't know how much I will be on in the next week as I will need to get my things together for open house...get my displays together, design my make and takes...but do check back...you never know!

Happy Stamping!
