Well, we have a new puppy in the house. I got her through a rescue place on Saturday. She's a cute little Brittany Spaniel named "Gypsy". She is somewhere between 3 & 5 years old and just the sweetest little thing (right Karen?). Anyway, I've been spending extra time with her and not stamping. Today is my long day at school (only 2 more after tonight and then not more evening classes until the Fall) but I wanted to post something and so here's a card I recently did for a swap where we had to use paper from the May special.

Bodacious Bouquet POP

My philosophy is "when in doubt, use Bodacious Bouquet...it goes with EVERYTHING!". Since we were featuring the paper and I wanted to make sure that my friends could use the card once the new catalog comes out, I thought this would be a good set. It uses two of the colors in the pad - Certainly Celery and Almost Amethyst. It also uses Lovely Lilac cardstock and vellum that I cut out using the Coluzzle. Ink colors are Lovely Lilac, Almost Amethyst, Ballet Blue, Certainly Celery and Basic Black. And what would a card be without ribbon? So there's a little white grosgrain on there too.

Oh...would you like to see what our new little girl looks like? Here she is...

Gypsy 2

Now isn't that just the most precious little face you have ever seen? Oh...she REALLY likes paper towels. She got a hold of a roll last night and in 10 mins, pieces were EVERYWHERE!
