Yesterday I posted two cards that were created from the Friends and Flowers Simply Scrappin' kit (Hostess). Well today I mostly worked on taxes (yep...just about finished - oh yea!), but created two more cards with this kit.

Friends and Flowers 3

This first one uses the piece that was leftover from the 'd' in the friend card from yesterday. I used rough edges mini alpha to spell dream along the side. The right side stamp is from the Natural Beauty set. To get the 'Cool Caribbean' grosgrain ribbon, I just dyed white by pressing it into the stamp pad. The flower paper is also from the scrappin' kit.

Here's the other card from the kit. I must say, I just REALLY like this pattern paper better. I think the color combo (so saffron, certainly celery, cool caribbean, cranberry crisp and chocolate chip) is just wonderful! The 'tag' comes from the Simply Scrappin' kit. The words are from the "It's Your Birthday" set.
