Can you believe it is July 1st already!  WOW....I can’t!  The exciting thing about July 1st....NEW RUBBER!!!!  We got to pre-order some new things from the Fall-Winter catalog!  I’m just SOOOO excited!  If all goes well...I MIGHT have it Thursday!  Okay...that has absolutely NOTHING to do with this card!  Read more about the card AND sneak peeks!....

This is a card from when Connie and I were doing challenges last week.  We started with a sketch (that I can’t remember where I got it from but I’m thinking it might have been a mojo Monday sketch) and then added the color challenge of Purely Pomegranate, Regal Rose, Wild Wasabi, River Rock and Whisper White.  I decided I wanted to use another retiring set.  I hadn’t used this set in such a long time that I pulled it out.

Oh...by the way...WE GOT TO ORDER NEW RUBBER TODAY…

I stamped the rose on a piece of white and then used my coluzzle to cut it out.  I used my 3/4” circle punch to create the scallop around it.

Oh...speaking of scallops....we are getting a NEW SCALLOP EDGE PUNCH (yep...ordered that!)

Okay...I wanted to use my cuttlebug (sorry...no fun SU news on THAT one - DANG!) and used the swiss dot folder on a piece of white.  I pulled out my Level 1 hostess paper pack and used a piece of the Wild Wasabi designer paper for the bottom.

Oh...and then speaking of hostess sets...got to pre-order a Level 2 (OMG....do you like Batty for You?  You are going to LOVE Deer Friends!) and a Level 3 set.....NEW RUBBER!!!!!  Oh and then saw that in the catalog will be a 1 3/4” circle punch...I’m getting SOOOOO excited!

Boy...I’m having a difficult time focusing on this post.  Let’s see the ribbon is the River Rock Double Stitched ribbon (which as a reminder will retire.) Oh, yeah, the ‘thinking of you’ was from the Essence of Love set which was from the Occasions Mini which just ended.

Okay...that’s it for the card...let’s see more sneak peeks...I ordered some fun new buttons, oh and ALL the new in-colors, and new designer series paper called Bella Rose.  Then we got to order something called Flower Power Simply Sent Elements kit.  I think it will have something to do with a new Simply Sent kit.  I just LOVE the colors of this one and can’t wait to play.  Hopefully if all goes well and the 2nd day air picks today, I will have my stuff on Thursday.  Maybe...just maybe I will be able to play a little and sneak a peek in for all of you this weekend.  I ended up doing absolutely NOTHING over the weekend...got a GI bug and I think mostly I just slept and spent WAAAAAY too much time in the bathroom!  (I know...more information then you needed!)

So...have a fabulous day!  Today marks the half way point for my Summer quarter.  OH THANK GOODNESS!!!  I’m SOOO looking forward to school being out.  We are going to work on redoing our dining room, I’M GOING TO CONVENTION AND I hope to have some fun new things to unveil to all of you!
