Here’s another card I made the other week, when I was working through some sketches I like.  I found this sketch here on Amy’s site.  I’d been doing so many cards with just black (or grey), white and one other color, I decided I needed to go ‘all out’ on this one!

As soon as I saw the sketch I had decided I wanted to use my Wild About You set.  I thought the animals would look so cute.  I also decided to use some Jersey Shore paper (and colors) for the card.  But, when I went to my drawer to get my paper, the Spring Break paper was sitting there looking a bit neglected so I picked that up instead!  I stamped the giraffe and alligator on some whisper white cardstock and punched them out using the 1 1/4” punch.  I punched out coordinating circles using the 1 3/8” punch from Pumpkin Pie and Old Olive cardstock and then layered everything on some Not Quite Navy scallops.

The card base is Bashful Blue.  The Olive and Striped paper is from the Spring Break series.  I used a piece of Pumpkin grosgrain ribbon and then added a little piece of Pumpkin Striped ribbon before finishing off my knot.  Stamped the ‘wild about you’ and that’s all there is to this quick and easy card!

Happy Stampin’!
