When In Doubt…
STITCHED EXOTICS!!!!
So I got my NEW STUFF TODAY. The blocks are downstairs drying and so I decided to play with my NEW COLORS!!! Click below to read more!
I was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited to see the new colors! I started playing with my colors by stamping the new ‘in colors’ on whisper white and then stamped the other current SU colors that I thought would be close or coordinate. That was fun but I needed to stamp a card. I decided to try the color combo of Baja Breeze, Pacific Point, Kiwi Kiss and Perfect Plum. And when all else fails...use Stitched Exotics (especially since Connie hardly EVER let’s me play with this!). The layout is from Janelle Richmond. I stamped the Baja Breeze card base with the Stitched background using the Baja Breeze ink. It is REALLY difficult to see this but it is there. I stamped the Perfect Plum piece with the Twill background using the Perfect Plum ink. The Kiwi Kiss strip has a piece of Pacific Blue cardstock behind it and then punch two 1/4” circles as decoration.
I stamped the flower three times - Baja Breeze, Pacific Point and Perfect Plum. The leaves are Kiwi Kiss. Of course I LOVE to cut things out so that is what I did. The flower are attached to the card front using dimensionals.
Stay tuned for MORE sneak peeks! Have a safe and fun 4th of July (hope it doesn’t rain ALL day!) and as always...HAPPY STAMPIN’!
