I’ve done this a couple times before where I show you the same sketch but do different cards with them.  Here’s two with the same sketch, same set but different colors!

You’ve probably guessed by now that this was another card we (Lisa, Connie and I) did when we were ‘playing together’.  Well almost!  This was the card I made AFTER we had played together.  I just LOVED the sketch we picked (sorry can’t find it right now...will change it once I find it) and then Lisa picked the colors.  I made my card but will admit I didn’t like it all that much.  Here’s that card…

I guess it is okay but honestly I’m not crazy about it.  It really, really, really bugged me so I decided to redo it before I started on my other challenges (the ones from the last two days).  For some reason when I say the sketch I immediate thought of the Jersey Shore paper until we added on the color challenge.  At that point I switched to the “Tie the Knot” simply scrappin’ kit paper which worked great with the color scheme.  I will say I was MUCH happier with my second one.  I do LOVE this color scheme and will miss it when it retires at the end of July (so stock up now!). 

So you see...there are times I create things I’m not real crazy about!  Happy Stampin’!
