I just LOVE this new Silhouette style watch.  It is just SOOOOO ME!!!  I’m sure SU came out with it just to make me happy!  (and it REALLY WORKED!!!)

Okay...so Jackie was trying to work with this and wasn’t happy with what was happening so I decided to play with it some.  For some reason when I saw this set, this idea came into my head.  I just LOVE the soft colors of it.  The flower image is stamped on Vellum card stock (the card stock version of our vellum is just SOOOO wonderful to use!) using white CRAFT ink then embossed with white embossing powder mixed with some Dazzling Diamonds glitter (I used 3 parts white ep to 1 part dazzling diamonds).  I then heat embossed it.  I think this picture really show some of the detail from the special embossing powder.  I used this same thing for the greeting.

The base of the card is Pink Pirouette.  The grass is stamped on it using Regal Rose ink but I stamped it off one time before stamping it onto the card to make it just a little lighter (the Pink Pirouette was just too light to show up under the vellum).  I layered the vellum piece onto the card front and used the Pretty in Pink brads from the Soft Subtle brad collection.  I needed my key tag a little longer so I cut a strip to 1”, punched the left end and then slid it through (pulling the end up out of the punch) and punched the right end.  I used a 1/8” punch to put the holes in each side then added some white taffeta ribbon.  Before finishing to tie the knot, I added a small piece of lt. pink gingham ribbon.

All in all a pretty simple card but I think it REALLY showed the beauty of using the silhouette stamps!  Happy Stampin’!
