I found this layout on a card in the catalog and liked the simplicity of it (have you noticed I like simple?).  So I thought it would just go so nicely as my second flower image card.  Again I used the basic grey instead of the basic brown

I wanted some Bordering Blue taffeta ribbon to use with this card so I took my marker and colored the ribbon and then tied to the piece of Bella Birds dsp before layering it onto the pink pirouette cardstock.  I stamped the flower image onto a piece of whisper white cardstock using the basic grey ink.  I colored it in using pink pirouette and bordering blue (I just didn’t think that green would work well with this card).  The image was then layered onto a piece of bordering blue and then the card front.  Finally I stamped the Here for You in basic grey onto a piece of pink pirouette dsp, punched with the 1 1/4” circle punch, and then bordering blue 1 3/8” circle punch.  This was layered onto the card front.  Yep…another simple card? 

So…what do you think about the Friends 24-7/Bella Birds duo?  Pretty good huh?  Okay, come back Wednesday for another card…4 down, 2 to go!  Happy Stampin’!
