Fresh Cuts - Pink
Don’t you just LOVE pink? It is just such a happy color! I love color and lots of it so when I make a monochromatic (one color) card, it is pretty unusual (although Jackie would be REALLY happy that I used ONLY one color!)
I stamped the main image on the Fresh Cut card using Pretty in Pink ink and then punched out the petals. I punch out a 5 petal flower from vellum cardstock and layered it behind it I punched the flower from a piece of Pretty in Pink using the Boho punch and attached it with a silver brad. To create the scallop on the bottom, I started by cutting 1/4” off the bottom and then used my corner rounder with the bottom guard off and there you go...a scalloped note! I took a piece of Pretty in Pink Designer Series Paper from my Level 1 hostess pack and layered that on the inside front using dimensionals. For you is stamped with Basic Grey. No card is complete without some ribbon so some Pretty in Pink taffeta ribbon finishes this cute card off!
So are you convinced yet you NEED the Fresh Cuts set and notecards? If not...stay tuned for another one!
Happy Stampin’!

I think the pink and white looks beautiful. The scallop and ribbon add the perfect touch. Linda
