A Little Mojo - 2
So as I said yesterday I wasn’t completely pleased with my card for Mojo60 and then had an idea for another card…here you go. What do you think? Do you like it better?
I just LOVE the way this card turned out. I cut out a circle from Whisper White using my coluzzle and then used my 1/2” circle punch to do a bunch of Tangerine Tango circles to make the scallop. The tree was stamped with basic brown and the leaves are baja breeze, kiwi kiss and tangerine tango. I stamper the “to my dear…friend” in basic brown on a piece of kiwi kiss and then layered onto a piece of chocolate chip. It looked a little plane on there so I punch out some 1/4” circles from tangerine tango and then put a vintage brad in the middle of each. (hint…punch hole for brad first using 1/16” punch and then punch THAT out with the 1/4” punch. I tied the tangerine striped grosgrain ribbon around a base of baja breeze textured cardstock (that I had stamped with the leaf). Can you believe that this card was really that easy?
Hope you enjoyed my two takes on this sketch. Stay tuned on Friday for an easy card using this set and these colors but a totally different sketch! This was a card we did this week at my stamp club. Until then…happy stampin’!
