Stocking Accents
Well here I am using this die again! The CAS challenge is celebrating the Holidays and so I thought another ornament card would be good. The the Paper Players Challenge is clean and simple and use navy, white and silver. So I put the two together and this is what I came up with!
This really was a QUICK card to make (of course it helped that I had some of the stuff sitting on top of my desk! the base of the card is Whisper White 4 1/4 x 4 1/4. I too another piece of Whisper White and added four 1 1/4” Night of Navy Polka Dotted paper (with two of the corners rounded on each). Next I embossed merry using Pewter Embossing Powder. This is layered onto a piece of Silver Glimmer (oh my…I’m starting my 3rd pack of this paper!) then onto the card front. The ornament (from Stocking Accents die) is Whisper White, with a Silver Glimmer Strip, then the snowflake from Jolly Bingo Bits is embossed on Night of Navy cardstock using Pewter Embossing Powder, punched with 1” circle punch and added to ornament using dimensional. I made a ‘bow’ (click here for my tutorial) using the White Organza Ribbon and a Silver Glimmer brad. The bow is added to the ornament and then the ornament to the card front using dimensionals.
So that’s it for my clean and simple card for tonight! Until next time…HAPPY STAMPIN’!

Very cool card, I love your background and how you kept one corner of each piece square. Makes for a fun flower at first glance of your card.
Isn’t that silver paper fun?!
