Snowflakes
The ‘Ways to Use It’ challenge on SCS today is ‘Baby, It’s Cold Outside’. I’ve soooo been wanting to make some silver glimmer snowflakes so this was a perfect challenge for it. Oh…and just so you know…this is a sneak peek for my Tour de Freaks post (no…it’s NOT one of the project but gives you some idea what I’m up to!). Tour de Freaks is Nov 20th!
Okay…REALLY quick notes…you guessed it…have to head to school! Finishing up one of my classes today - WOOO HOOO!!!
So…base of the card is 4 1/4 x 4 1/4 Whisper White. Took another piece of Whisper White, ran it through the Stripes Embossing Folder, layered onto Pool Party, embossing greeting with Pewter Embossing Powder, wrapped a piece of Pool Party Ruffled Ribbon around it, layered onto card front using dimensionals. Next used my Northern Frost Decorative Strip to do a Silver Glimmer,/White Neutral Brad Pool Party/Clear Rhinestone Brad and Whisper White snowflake/Silver Glimmer Brad and added to the card front. Let’s see…yep…that the entire card! Don’t you just LOVE quick and easy cards like this and the silver sparkle just makes it!
So…off to school I go and until next time…HAPPY STAMPIN’!
