Patterned Party
Welcome to another Monday! I’m so excited…Technostamper Monday Lunchtime sketch challenge has started up again! And you know what else has started up? Create with Connie and Mary Occasions Edition 2012! It’s not too late to sign up!

I will have to say, this sketch really was a challenge for me! Does it look familiar? Yep…I had used it for a Christmas card (click here). OOOPS!!! And yes…it was really a challenge for me when I did THAT one too! Not quite sure why. I did end up liking both cards I came up with!
A couple quick notes… the base of the card is Daffodil Delight. I took the star pattern from the Big Top Birthday pack, layered it onto Basic Black and then the card front. I stamped the balloons in Real Red, Daffodil Delight and Tempting Turquoise and cut out. I stamped the ‘strings’ using Basic Black on two Whisper White panels and layered these onto Basic Black. I added the balloons using dimensionals then added the panels to the card front. Next I stamped Happy Birthday (from the Loved Ones) set using Basic Black on Tempting Turquoise, cut into a banner and added to the card front using glue dots and dimensionals. I stamped the gifts using Daffodil Delight/Basic Black and Real Red/Basic Black, cut out and added using dimensionals. To finish everything off I added some Basic Rhinestones!
