Out on a Limb
Okay…the bats in this set are just TOOO DANG CUTE!!! Seriously…that is why I bought this set…for the cute little bats! Well, then I put the label on upside and kept stamping them upside down and couldn’t figure that out…but everything fixed now and all is good!

This is a fun and quick sketch! The base of the card is Peach Parfait. I took three different prints from the Pick Your Poison dsp pack, cut into different lengths and thicknesses and added to the card front. Next I punch out a 1 3/4” circle from a piece of scrap paper and used that reverse piece to sponge ink (Peach Parfait, Pumpkin Pie, Tangerine Tango) into the opening on a piece of Very Vanilla. Next I stamped the branch in Basic Black, the bats (upside down like they are supposed to be) in Basic Black and the greeting (left off the pumpkin again) using Basic Black. I layered this onto Basic Black and then the card front using dimensionals. Finally I finished the card off by adding Basic Black Brads like in the sketch!
What a quick and easy Halloween card! Now head over to Create with Connie and Mary and check out what the design team did with the sketch…FABULOUS cards as always!
Until next time…HAPPY STAMPIN’!

Oh my goodness, Mary! Those bats ARE the cutest! Love ‘em hanging from the branch and the sponged moon is fantastic! Love the whole thing!
