Just Believe 1
Okay…this needs to be a super quick post. If I have time, I’m come back and add more. This is for the inspiration challenge on SCS and for the Speedy the Cat Challege 11 - using punches. Check inside for my inspiration piece and a close-up.
I just knew when I saw this that I was going to use those fabulous stripes in my card. I decided the colors were Certainly Celery, Wild Wasabi, Pumpkin Pie, and Poppy Parade. Inside of plain, boring strips of cardstock, I used my NEW Ribbon Punch on them (you have GOT to have this punch - DELIGHTFUL!!!)
You can see this is on a piece of whisper white and then I added some bitty buttons (oh…there’s a shocker) and tied them on with white embroidery floss. The leafy image is stamped with Certainly Celery and the greeting inked with Wild Wasabi, Pumpkin Pie and Poppy Parade markers. You can see there are lots and lots of dimensionals on this.

Aw, Mary, this is wonderful!!! I am so sad, everyone has their new stuff and mine has still not arrived (today!). This is just as sweet as can be, I love the buttons, but always stuggle with how to use them…..this new punch is a perfect background for them!
