I {Heart} Hearts
Oh my…I LOVE the new framelits in the Occasions Mini and just had the BEST time using them this morning for the color challenge on SCS. Such an easy and fun card to make!
And speaking of fun…did you know that the Create with Connie and Mary Occasions Edition 2012 just started? You didn’t? Well…it started Sunday and it is not too late to subscribe. This week it is all about love as we feature the fabulous heart/Valentine related products in the catalog. Since all of it is sitting on top of my desk for my work on Create I just used it for today’s color challenge. Oh…would you like to subscribe to Create with Connie and Mary Occasions Edition 2012? Well then just head over to the site and sign up for $34.95…that’s 36 incredible projects each with a full downloadable tutorial! That’s less then $1 a project…so head over to Create with Connie and Mary and sign up today!.
Let’s talk quick and easy…the base of the card is Pretty in Pink. I took a piece of Whisper White, stamped the greeting form P.S. I Love You in Basic Grey, layered onto Rose Red then to the card front using dimensionals. To do the large Pink Pirouette heart, I layered the 2nd from smallest inside the 3rd from smallest on Pink Pirouette and ran through the Big shot…DONE. Then for the Pretty in Pink and Rose Red ones I did the smallest and second to smallest. I love how you can layer the framelits and run through all at once…COOL! I did slit the one side of each the Pretty in Pink and Rose Red heart so I could link them to the large Pink Pirouette heart. I added these to the card front using dimensionals and finished it off with some Basic Rhinestone bling.
So that’s my quick and easy card for today! Remember…it’s not too late to join Create with Connie and Mary Occasions Edition 2012! Don’t delay!
Until next time…HAPPY STAMPIN’!
