It’s time for another card for the LNSdemo group!  This week is a color challenge…oh…I do LOVE color challenges!  This one, I think, was inspired by one of the Simply Scrappin’ kits in the catalog and we were to use Blushing Bride, Early Espresso, So Saffron, Certainly Celery.  Those colors look SOOOO springy to me!  Oh and this is my second post for today so make sure you check out my Four Frames card!

The base of the card is So Saffron that I ran through the Elegant Lines Embossing Folder.  I did the Top Note Die in Whisper White and stamped the greeting (from Afterthoughts Level 1 hostess) in Early Espresso.  I made my flowers using the Fun Flowers die (flower in Blushing Bride dsp and circle in Early Espresso), the So Saffron flower (from the Boho Blossom punch) and the bitty button…tied on using Linen Thread.  I made three of these and added to the top note die.  I made a ‘bow’ (click here for tutorial) using Certainly Celery 1 1/4” Striped Grosgrain Ribbon and a green rhinestone brad.  I added this to the top note layer then added to the card front using dimesnionals.

Does this just scream SPRING?  LOVE IT!  And I just am SOOO ready for SPRING!
