Diecut Box
Ooooo…today is a doubly good day! (Okay…I think it is even BETTER than a doubly good day…but we’ll figure that out later! First the CAS challenge on SCS is to use your die cuts (oh…how EASY can it be!) and then the other thing….it’s one of those special days on Create with Connie and Mary Occasions Edition 2012…so read on to find out more!
Since this is PREVIEW WEEK on Create with Connie and Mary Occasions Edition 2012 time is now running out to take advantage of the early bird special price of $29.95! The $5 off the regular 6 week subscription price is only good until through Saturday January 14th! After that you can still subscribe but pay the regular price! Make sure you are also checking in daily at the Create with Connie and Mary site to see our daily announcement and see if it is a BLOG CANDY day! Oh…and today is a BLOG CANDY DAY so make sure you head over to Create with Connie and Mary to see where you need to go to sign up!

Oh…this is just such a fun project to make. Cut out the Fancy Favor Box using Crumb Cake. Now take the Label Framelit and cut a panel in the front of the box. Stamp the image from Fresh Vintage in Calypso Coral on Very Vanilla cardstock. Add the panel to the inside BACK of the box and put the box together. Use the Crop-a-dile to add holes to the top and tie shut with a piece of the Blushing Bride Twill. Stamped the circle image from the Fresh Vintage set using Blushing Bride on Very Vanilla. Stamp the greeting from Elementary Elegance using Soft Suede, punch with the 1 1/4” Circle Punch, layer on a 1 3/8” Calypso Coral circle, punch hole with the Crop-a-dile and added to the twill using a piece of the Calypso Coral Baker’s Twine.
I just love the look of putting the ‘window’ in the box and then adding a stamped image behind it! Now don’t forget…it is time to head over to Create with Connie and Mary to see if today is a BLOG CANDY day! Don’t delay!
Until next time…HAPPY STAMPIN’!
