Apple Blossom 3
What a fun set the Apple Blossom Level 2 Hostess set is! I like that there are so many different looks you can get from it. I decided to use this set for the Technostamper Monday Lunchtime Sketch Challenge.

This is a nice easy sketch this week. I like when there is alot of open space. I thought the snowflake on the sketch would be a good place to place the flower and then just work on it around that.
The base of the card is So Saffron. I added a piece of the Pear Pizzazz dsp with a Poppy Parade strip along the top and bottom. I stamped the flower using Poppy Parade on Whisper White. I stamped both the large and small flower, cut out, added a So Saffron brad in the middle of the small flower and then layered it using dimensionals. I stamped the stem using Pear Pizzazz, cut that out and added it to the back of the flower. The flower is added to the card front using dimensionals. The greeting was stamped using Basic Grey ink. Once I finished the card it looked a little plain and seemed to need just a little something extra so I decided to add some rhinestones to give it just that ‘little extra’.
Hope you all have a GREAT Monday and until next time…HAPPY STAMPIN’!

I like how you used the Basic Gray on this card. I don’t always think of it. Softer than black would have been. Thanks so much for sharing.
