Happy SUO Challenge everyone!  Oh my…I’ve been soooo busy I forgot to put this upon my blog this morning.  I am SOOO sorry everyone!  Anyway…here’s my card and the theme is HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

I’m not sure why I picked this set to use for the birthday except it was one of those “it was sitting on top of my desk” kind of things…and I tend to go with what is on top!  LOL!!!  Hmmm…need to clean it off and put some new stuff “on top of my desk”!  The base of the card is Blushing Bride (oh…I will be SOOOOO sad when that color goes away!) and then added the Blushing Bride and Baja Breeze prints from the Twitterpated dsp pack.  I then added a piece of the Riding Hood Red Pleated Ribbon to it.  Next was another print from the Twitterpated pack (with lots of dimentsionals behind it…that pleated ribbon is THICK!).  I stamped the image from Apothecary Art onto Watercolor paper using StazOn Jet Black ink, colored with Riding Hood Red, Blushing Bride, Baja Breeze, and Pear Pizzazz markers and a blender pen, cut with the Label Framelits then used the Pear Pizzazz marker around the edge before adding to the card front using dimensionals.  I stamped the image again on Blushing Bride, stamped the greeting in Riding Hood Red, cut out the banner and added to the image to finish it off.

So over a pretty easy card…well…except for all that COLORING!  Make sure you check out what the rest of the team has done!
